Our ASPIRA Leadership and College Access Program held a leadership retreat this past weekend.
The leadership retreat was a 3-day retreat with 44 student leaders from our ASPIRA Leadership Clubs. ASPIRAntes learned about leadership, teamwork, goal setting, and action planning in addition to partaking in fun activities.
This retreat was a first for many of our student leaders. They experienced nature, friendships, communal living, personal growth in new ways, while building a sense of community with their clubs that goes beyond the classroom.
